Easy Pic Vote Run your own pic voting site Freeware Version 1.0 Description This is a script which will allow visitors to your website to vote for pictures they find there. Pictures of girls, guys - or any other niche you like are shown one after another. Users can then 'rate' the pics from 1 - 10. The scores are saved on to your webspace and build over time. It's not a new idea and has been around on the web for a long time now. But it's ideal for adult sites. Of course, the overall aim here is to make money and not to show pics. So make sure you keep the picture sizes SMALL, and use the rest of the screen to SELL. In the example we're going to look at - I've got small pics to the left of the screen and then large partial page ads on the right of the screen. The script also uses my Easy Ad Rotation script to rotate the ads which are shown with each picture. Features • Just drop the pictures in the pics/ folder and the script will include them with the others. • No settings files to alter (at this time). • The usual benefits of the rotation script (works with text AND html). • Two simple HTML files customize the colors etc... • Can add your own titles, logos and so on. • This should be pretty fast and easy to get up and running. Working Example Welcome to my own voting site! I chose the Blonde niche in this case. Example There's only 8 pics and 3 ads - so it won't take long to loop around to the start again. But have a vote and give the points out as you like. The whole thing is made from free content. Download & Installation Download the latest version HERE. 1) Download the file to your hard disk. 2) Create a folder on your hard disk and unzip the files into it. 3) Make a folder in that folder called /ads 4) Make another called stats/ 5) And another called pics/ You should now have: /somefolder/ads /somefolder/stats /somefolder/pics 6) Alter top.html to set the title and colors. It's just a normal html file. 7) Get some JPGs, edit them to a smallish size and then put them in the pics/ folder. 8) FTP to your webspace. 9) Upload: bottom.html random-advert.html top.html vote.php ads/ pics/ 10) Now CH MOD the stats/ folder to 777.
