Things surfers CAN'T get free
| One thing you'll have likely read a great deal if you're new to the internet porn business is that 'there's too much free porn out there!' There's not only TGPs and link lists giving away a lot of free porn, there's also file-sharing software giving a lot of much longer and more extravagant porn away for free.
So I thought it might be a good idea to make a little page here and look at some of the things that the surfer's CAN'T get just by visiting a TGP or LINK LIST. Sex ToysAn old classic on the web. Adult webmasters have been selling sex toys on their sites for as long as I can remember. There are some excellent sex toy affiliate programs around (ask on TNB if you need the links to them). They work well because the surfer can add more than one item to their shopping basket and commission percentages are generally high.Adult DVDsTwo things hit me when I started selling DVDs from my sites: Firstly the sheer diversity of niches available (foot fetish, milf and so on), and secondly how many NEW titles are being released. You can expect commissions similar to the sex toys of around 25%, and there's a lot of benefits for the surfer (like full-screen, amazing quality, different camera angles, extra features).Note: In some cases there are affiliate programs to sell VHS movies too, but DVDs are more common and a growing market. Interaction with cast - in paysitesAnother thing that you can't download for free to your computer is LIVE interaction with models in a paysite. Single girl amateur sites do a lot of this kind of thing, and it's how they keep their member's happy. It might be a live video session where the surfer directs the action, a one-on-one live show, or a plain old webcam. These kinds of things aren't available for free, but you can get them in just about every paysite out there.Phone SexIn a similar vein to live interaction there's the phone sex market. Here you can get paid commission when surfers use special phone lines to call up for an audio service.Pay Per View MoviesPlaces like Gamelink.com offer full length movies which aren't available anywhere else. It's a bit like going to the cinema from the comfort of your home PC. The surfers pay an entry fee and can then watch the movie they chose. These movies are of course available in some wild and crazy niches, not just the 'regular sex' niche.Pills and other sex enhancersMy first recollection of anything like this selling on the web was when I first saw Viagra start to filter on to adult web sites. These days there are a lot more than male erection pills on the markets. There's a wide range of pills, creams and oils for both sexes which are aimed at the adult market. Sponsors like Leading Edge Cash let you promote them all from under one roof. The last time I checked these kinds of products were impossible to download! :-)Novelty ItemsI've seen a number of things for sale on adult sites / galleries which fall into this category. The famous Virtual Girl, an animated screen character who strips on your PC desktop, is a good example of this kind of thing. You can also make money selling adult screen savers, and there was even a product posted on TNB which was a virtual strip club. There are also 3D sex video games (and other sex games - eg. flash sex games) which can be promoted by adult webmasters.A date!There's a number of either adult sponsors or mainstream affiliate programs out there who offer programs for webmasters to promote. At the time of writing this, we're a good way from being able to download people via your average modem. I think this could be some way off too. A lot of single people use the web and the dating market is a HUGE one to get into. |
